Never Too Old to Learn
I found a wonderful contribution in the television and radio review column in the Asahi Newspaper this morning. The following is the contribution.

However Old You Are
I make it a rule to watch the NHK educational
television program, “Koko koza” (Senior High School Course) that is broadcast
from Monday to Friday. Because old knowledge is renewed over time, you must continue
to study however old you are. The subjects I find delightful are history and
geography. I am also interested in physics and chemistry. Recently I have been
attracted in Japanese calligraphy.(XX City in Tokyo, a pensioner, 92 years old)

I am amazed that a 92-year-old man has a strong
desire to learn. I must follow his example.
